European Union's 14-day cooling-off policy (the "Cooling off")

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification as per the EU consumer legislation. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer shall bear the cost of the return. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Notwithstanding the above, certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items. This means that if you needed to submit your personal body parts size and/or length and/or circumference in order to complete the order, that item was made to your specifications, therefore fall under the exceptions of the Cooling Off policy and can not be returned.

Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and Issues Policy 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that you have 14 days as of the day you received the item to contact us in the matter.    

 

How to Return an Item 

To start a return, you shall contact us at hello@noyawear.com while providing as many details as possible regarding the reason(s) for the return and the applicable picture(s). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, you shall send the package to the address mentioned above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

In case you ordered an ordinary item (that is not personalized), and you would like to receive an item with a different size and/or color, then, please contact us at hello@noyawear.com while providing as many details as possible regarding the reason(s) for the exchange.

If the return is accepted, you shall send the package to the address mentioned above. Once the item is received unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we shall send you the exchanged item that you requested.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, yet the funds have not reached your account yet, please contact us at hello@noyawear.com.
