Please note, Personalized items might take up to 15 business days to be prepared, depending on the complexity of the design. After the Personalized item had been shipped, the standard delivery time as per the above shall apply.

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected. 

We are unable to redirect orders once the item has been dispatched.

Due to high demand for Noya products in the Sale periods (or if there is an active blogger/influencer discount code), we're might be unable to ship your order at the time agreed so there might be slight delays. We apologize for this and always working hard to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

If your shipment is refused and returned to us unopened for any reason, your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs.
